1.Can I Exchange an item?
We no longer offer exchanges but you are welcome to return an item (with in our policy guidelines ) and make another purchase with your store credit
2.Can I Cancel an order ?
- Once an order has been processed .... it can no t be canceled
3. Something may be incorrect in my order
- If an item is defective , incorrect or damanged please contact us by email with in 5 business days ..including photos and your order number
- Yup she bad offers signature conformation on every package .....
- yup she bad is not responsible for any carrier delays ... or lost or stolen packages
4. How long will it take to process my return?
- after item has been delivered to our facility it may take up to 7 business days to process .. we will email you when your refund has been processed.
5.How do I receive my store credit?
- you will be issued your store credit in a form of a gift card sent to your email
6. What Is not eligible for return?
- items must be unworn unwashed with original tags
- swimwear , bodysuits , undergarments, beauty products ,makeup, perfume pierced jewerly will not be accepted
- shoes must bee tried on indoors free of dirt and scuff and wear
- Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be disgarded and the refund amount will be adjusted accordinally
- if your account is flagged multiple times for return violations ... we will no longer be able to accept your returns
